This is a 1980's dramatic vintage Louis Feraud black tonal polka dot silk taffeta full skirt with a double tier of ruffles at the bottom. We especially love the volume in this skirt and the fact that it can be worn with so many different kinds of tops!
The skirt comes with its original matching belt with leather on one side and quilted fabric on the other. There are hidden side slit pockets and a button and zipper for closure on the left side. This incredible skirt is made of 100% silk with viscose lining.
